The Butler County Ministerial Association wants to make sure county voters are fully prepared as election time approaches.

The BCMA has slated a prayer vigil in the Ritz Theatre Community Room on Commerce St. for Monday, November 7 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

“We as Christians are called to seek to elect Godly leaders for our country. Second Chronicles 2:14 tells us to humble ourselves and pray. We are trying to help our community to do just that,” says Allen Stephenson, BCMA president. “In a time when the atmosphere in America seems to be increasingly divisive, we need to pray for the unifying of our nation.”

Stephenson says members of the ministerial association will be on hand with prayer guides to help individuals in attendance. Those interested in participating are invited to come and go as their schedule allows them to, with members of all denominations welcome to join the vigil.
