Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Mae Smith, 92, will be held Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016 at noon from Lomax Hannon Junior College, Greenville, Ala.   Reverend Harold Simpson will be officiating and Pastor John Taylor will be eulogizing.  Burial will follow in Pine Flat Cemetery Highway 10 West, Forest Home, Ala.  Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 28, 2016 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. from Hudson Funeral Services.

Mrs. Nellie Mae Smith, widow of the late Rudolph Smith, Sr., passed on Oct. 24, 2016.   A native of Greenville, Ala., she was born in Forest Home, Ala., on April 15, 1924 to the late Rehoper and Maude Warren.  In March 2012, she moved to Clarksville, Tenn., to live with her daughter and family. She was a member of Pine Flat AME Zion Church in Forest Home, Ala. She is survived by six children;  Annie M. Parham (Henry) – Clarksville, Tenn., Rudolph Smith Jr. (DeLois) – Montgomery, Ala.,  Randolph Smith, (Dorothy) – Nashville, Tenn., Willie J. Smith (Cynthia) – Greenville, Ala., Robert C.  Smith (Valerie) – Flomaton, Ala., and Melinda D. Bredwood(Leonard) –  Lexington, Ken.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother-in-law, Cleo Smith – Pensacola, Fla.; four sisters-in law, Roselle Warren, Vernice Smith, Bernice Smith, Virginia Smith and Sallie Mae Warren; and a host of other relatives.
