Claybrook has been married to her husband Lance for 12 years, and they have two children. Turner and Cullen Claybrook are both students at Luverne Elementary School.

Claybrook is an active member of Rutledge Methodist Church, a former president and vice president of the Crenshaw County Auburn Club and currently serves on the Event Leadership Team for Crenshaw County’s Relay for Life.

In addition to her community involvement, she is a member of Dee Turner PTA and is an active volunteer at Luverne School.

“I would like the opportunity to serve on the Crenshaw County School Board and be a voice not only for my children, but for every child in our school system,” Claybrook said.

“Our children are our future and therefore they are our greatest asset. I would like to work with the board and community to ensure that our schools are preparing our children to be future leaders in our community and in the workplace.”
