Freddie Earle Kennedy Perdue

Mrs. Freddie Earle Kennedy Perdue, 98, of Honoraville, Ala., died on Sunday, September 25, 2016.  Her funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016 at Spring Creek Baptist Church, located at 142 Ashmore Road in Honoraville.  Rev. Danny Dean will officiate and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home will be directing.  Burial will be in Perdue Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.

Mrs. Perdue is survived by her daughters, Barbara P. Middleton of Honoraville, Ala., Charlotte (Donnie) Spann of Honoraville, Ala., Sylvia (Dan) Edgar of Eutaw, Ala., Sandra (David) Lohrisch of Jackson, Miss., and Peytie (Jerry) Bowen of Montgomery, Ala.; son-in-law, Joseph L. Barganier of Ft. Deposit, Ala.; grandchildren, Johnny (Mitzi) Maddox of Montgomery, Ala., Jennifer Bowen of Montgomery, Ala., Gavin (Denna) Edgar of Eutaw, Ala., Joseph Barganier Jr., Furniss Payton Barganier and Dennis Bender, all of Fort Deposit, Ala., Allan (Ramona) Spann of Brandon, Miss., Andrew Lohrisch of Jackson, Miss., and Julie (Ghislain) de La Tour d’Artaise of Paris, France; 12 great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren; sisters; Edna Gafford of Birmingham, Ala., and Erin (Winford) Lansdon of Montgomery, Ala., brother, O’Neil Kennedy of Honoraville, Ala.; sisters-in-law; Jeanette McVay of Honoraville, Ala., Melba (Larry) Newton of Fairhope, Ala., and Joyce P. Foster of Montgomery, Ala.; brother-in-law, Bruce R. Perdue of Honoraville, Ala., and a dedicated caregiver and friend, Janelle Roper of Greenville, Ala.  Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred McQueen Kennedy and Ina Earle Andress Kennedy; her husband, Clady Payton Perdue; daughter, Linda P. Barganier; grandson, Michael Keith Edgar; sons-in-law, Ervin Maddox Jr., W.G. (Sonny) Middleton; sisters, Mary B. Bentley, Mildred Bentley, Ina Mae Heartsill and Edith C. Kennedy; and brother, Woodrow Kennedy.
