Mr. Willie L. “Rudy” Fields, 68, a resident of Forest Home, Ala., died on Aug. 7, 2016 at Crown Health and Rehabilitation.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Aug. 12 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Chapel of Carter Rice and West Funeral Home, located at 10 Chalet Drive in Greenville, Ala. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 13 starting at noon at Zion Rest AME Zion Church in Forest Home, Ala., with Carter Rice and West Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Zion Rest Church Cemetery.
