An Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) resurfacing project will begin Monday, July 25.  The project will consist of resurfacing and traffic striping on US Highway 331 from the intersection of Fulton Avenue in Brantley to the intersection of Meadow Crest Drive in Luverne.

ALDOT awarded the project to Wiregrass Construction Company, Inc., out of Dothan at a cost of $2,630,312.22 with 75 working days.

Motorists are urged to reduce speed and use caution when traveling through a construction zone.
