Jane Norrell, 82, a resident of Georgiana, Ala., passed away Friday, June 24. A celebration of life service was held at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, June 26 from First Baptist Church with Rev. Allen Stephenson officiating. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Ala., directed arrangements. Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Dale Norrell Sr. Survivors include daughters, Lisa (Ronnie) Lowe of Georgiana, Ala., and Nancy (Ray) Harrelson of Auburn, Ala.; sons, Louis Dale (Marion) Norrell Jr. of Jasper, Ala., Steve (Cherie) Norrell of Auburn, Ala., and David (Melissa) Norrell, Greenville, Ala.; brother, Charles H. (Suzie) Shepherd Jr. of Georgiana, Ala. Jane also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
