Joyce Faye Sanders Burgans, 71, a resident of Luverne, Ala., died March 20. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at Salem Church of Christ in Honoraville, Ala., with Rev. Randy Burgans officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

Mrs. Burgans is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Burgans; parents, Shorty Sanders and Willie Grace Beasley; son, Randy Parker; sister, Betty Parker; and brother, Robert Sanders.

Survivors include her children, James Parker of Highland Home, Ala., Sherry Manning (Rob) of Prattville, Ala., and Celeste Nichols (Adam) of Dozier, Ala.; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Sanders, of Luverne, Ala., Janice Davis of LaPine, Ala., Ina Brown of Highland Home, Ala.; brothers, Willie Sanders (Sandra) of Prattville, Ala., Larry Sanders and Curtis Sanders both of Highland Home, Ala.; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.  Pallbearers include Derek Brown, Adam Nichols, Shane Bender, Vester Hilliard, Eugene Hilliard, and Mike Barns.
