Mr. Tilmon Alexander Brook, 76, a resident of Honoraville, Ala., passed away on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016 from the chapel of Turner Funeral Home. Interment followed in Spring Creek Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Brook was preceded in death by his parents, J.I. and Eula Jordan Brook; two sisters, Mittie Milton and Bessie Catrette; and two brothers, Eugene Brook and Irby R. Brook. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Lanham Brook; one son, Russell Brook, and two brothers, J.I. (Mazell) Brook and Tylon (Genetha) Brook. Active pallbearers were Jamie Brook, Michael Stubbs, Mickey Stubbs, Emory Stubbs, Michael Sexton and Donovan Williams.
