Jessie Hall

Funeral services for Mr. Jessie Hall were held on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015 at noon from New Generation Christian Center in Minter, Ala. Rev. Carl Rawls, pastor, and Elder Stanley Hall officiated. Burial followed in New Generation Christian Center Cemetery.  Hudson Funeral Services of Greenville, Ala., directed.

Jessie Hall was born on Jan. 16, 1944 in Farmersville, Ala., to the late Arthur and Lelice Hall. Jessie accepted Christ at an early age. He attended school at Snow Hill

Institute after that time he relocated to Minter, Ala. Jessie married the love of his life, Mrs. Rosa Bell Hall. They shared 47 wonderful years meeting and greeting loved ones and friends. Jessie was employed by Casey Farms for 25 years. After retirement, he would spend his afternoons enjoying horseback riding and his nights playing his guitar named Lucille.

Jessie was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Lelice Hall; one sister Lela Mae Hall-Carter; and a nephew, Jerome Hall. Jessie leave to cherish his memories a devoted wife, Rosie Hall; one loving son, James Moorer; four grandchildren Shunda and Jamaris Mitchell, Camaris Moorer and Jamiesyonna Moorer and one great grandson, Jayden Jennings. Memories will forever live in the hearts of his three brothers, Arthur (Sharon) Hall Jr., Johnny Hall of Minter, Ala., and Carl Hall of Atlanta; three sisters, Willie Mae (Louis) Walker, Mary Lee (Willie) Smith of

Minter, Ala., and Christine Hall of Atlanta., a host of brothers and sister in law, nieces, nephews relatives, and friends. Goddaughters Gail McDaniel, Paula Roberts and Juanita Hall-Harris.
