Curtis Woodroe Tindell, 78, a resident of Luverne, Ala., and a former resident of Enterprise, Ala., died on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015.  Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015 at Rock Hill Church of Christ Cemetery in Luverne with Rev. Timothy Gafford officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral directing.  The family received friends from 9 -10 a.m. at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home in Greenville.

Mr. Tindell was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Vera Tindell; brothers, Virgil Tindell and Edward O’Neal Tindell.  He is survived by his wife, Sally Tindell; children, Richard Tindell (Sandy) of Daleville, Ala., Kevin Tindell (Carla) of Sherman, Texas, Ronznana Williams (Stanely) of Enterprise, Ala., and Sheila Redman of Enterprise, Ala.; stepchildren, Connie Bryan (Lex Allen) of Luverne, Ala., Donna Stewart (Stephen) of Luverne, Ala., and David Allen Beverly of Luverne, Ala.; 10 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Farris Tindell (Nan) of Knoxville, Tenn., and many nieces and nephews.
