Funeral services for the late Mrs. Anna P. Lewis will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at 1p.m. in Lomax Hannon Auditorium with Elder Timothy O’Neal officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Flat cemetery with Hudson Funeral Services, Greenville, Alabama, directing. Anna Powell Lewis was born in Pine Flat, Alabama, on December 23, 1940, to the late Willie D. & Bertha L. Powell. She departed this life on July 31, 2015, at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama.

She is preceded in death by two sons, Aubrey (Trey) Smith and Winfred Smith; four brothers and one sister, Archie D. Powell, Willie V. Powell, Charles P. Powell, Jeffery Powell and Patricia A. Powell.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Abe Lewis, Greenville, AL; five daughters, Sandra (Jimmy) Smith, Ft. Walton, FL, Torinda (Marvin) Daniels, Angela Smith, Aundrea (Rufus) Shanklin and Lakeysa Smith; three sons, Willis (Bonnie) Smith, Montgomery, AL, Kenneth (Inez) Smith, El Mirage, AZ and Sean (Latisha) Smith; four sisters, Betty (Michael) Tyson, Annie (John) Simpson, Mae P. Gaffney and Jennifer (Danny) Powell, all of Greenville, AL; two brothers, Ozell (Callie) Powell, Pensacola, FL and Spencer (Pamela) Powell, Birmingham, AL; 38 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren; and three special friends, Pearleen Stewart, Annette Bowen and Ann Knoxx.
