Reid State students attend Leadership Institute

Reid State Technical College student leaders recently attended the 2015 Student Leadership Institute at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville. Entitled Lights, Camera … Reel Action, the meeting was sponsored by the Alabama Community College System. Topics of discussion included leadership styles, teamwork, conflict management, constructive feedback, creating positive change, dining etiquette and modern manners. The program concluded with students working to build a community plan based on S.M.A.R.T goals — specific, measureable, attainable, relevant, and completed within a target time frame.
