Mr. Holice Mason Stacey, 78, a resident of Highland Home, died Mon., Jan. 26, 2015. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today, Jan. 29, 2015 at the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Zimmer officiating. Interment will follow in Berea Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mr. Stacey was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Ann Stacey; his parents, John and Eva Jeter Stacey; three sisters, Mazie McMillian, Mattie Turberville and Lillian Stabler; and four brothers, Claude, Hannis, Corey and Floyd Stacey.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Bernice Stacey; four children, Marie Morris, Eva (Bennie) Godwin, Shirley (Wayne) Allen and Holice A. (Karen) Stacey; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Myrtle Emmons and Jean Norwood; and a brother, Charles Stacey. The family received friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening.
