J.W. Stringfellow, 87, a resident of Greenville, died Sept. 8, 2013. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept.11, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Harrison Funeral Home with Minister Gafford officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Cemetery and Harrison Funeral Home directing. Survivors include his wife, Mollie Odell Stringfellow, Greenville; daughter, Linda (James Eldon) Griggers, Austria; three grandchildren, Christopher Scott Griggers, James Daniel Griggers, Joy Robbin (Scott) Shabansky; great-grandchild, Harlee Elizabeth Daniela Griggers.
