Frances “Nannie” Scofield Hattaway passed away on Friday, August 23, 2013. Ms. Hattaway was born on January 28, 1923, in Opp, AL. She was predeceased by her mother, Anna Scofield; her father, Oscar Schofield; brother, Oral Scofield; sister, Sara Adams, and son-in-law, Curtis Armstrong.
She is survived by two daughters, Marilyn (Charles) Baker, and Debe Armstrong, five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Leak Memory Chapel, Tuesday, August 27th, 5:00-7:00 pm. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 28th, 10:00 am at Leak Memory Chapel with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Gregg Baker, Marty Baker, Dusty Baker, Chris Armstrong, Kevin Shultz, and Brett Baker.
