Zell Watson Hood, 90, a resident of Georgiana, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2013. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 8, at Providence Cemetery in Georgiana with Rev. Allen Stephenson and Johnson Funeral Home directing arrangements. Survivors inlcude: wife, Madie Hood, Georgiana; daughter, Vernice Josey, Georgiana; son, Vernon (Diann) Hood, Georgiana; grandson, Michael (Lisa) Hood, Helena, Ala.; and four great-grandchildren.
