Sherry Cole Luckie, 61, a resident of Forest Home, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry K. Cole. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James Travis Luckie of Forest Home, her mother Christine Green Cole of Eclectic, one daughter, Christy Luckie Cooper (Dale) of Eclectic, one granddaughter, Dale Lynn Cooper, two double first cousins, Johnny Cole (Janice) and Bobby Cole (Pat) of Greenville; brothers-in-law Robert Luckie (Jean) and Calvin Luckie (Linda); sisters-in-law Georgia Ann Horney, Sara Brown, Jane Burkett (Gwin), Bonnie Tibbs (Ed), Jewell Conway (Max) and Barbara Luckie. She is loved by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held at Harrison Funeral Home on Thursday night from 6-8 p.m. Services will be held at Harrison Funeral Home, Greenville, on Friday at 3 p.m. with Harrison Funeral Home Directing. Internment will follow at Forest Home Cemetery with Mike Philips and Allen Stephenson officiating. She was a member of Forest Home Baptist Church and the Greenville High School Class of 1969.
