Jimmy Neal Hughes, 76, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.

He retired from Kroger after 34 years of service, as a butcher. He was also a member of Auburndale Baptist Church and an Army veteran.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Irma Hughes.

He is survived by his children, Robert K. Hughes and Renee Hill (Mike); grandchildren, Sydney and Wesley Hill.

His funeral service was held Saturday, Jan. 26 at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy may be made to The Kids Center-Pediatric Therapies, 982 Eastern Pkwy, 40217 or Hosparus.
