Funeral services for the late Mr. Nathan Smith were held on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Mt. Olive AME Church. Rev. Robert Brown officiated. Burial followed in the churchyard cemetery. Hudson Funeral Services directed. He leaves in remembrance: a loving mother, Helen Smith; four daughters; Demetria, Shawanda, Latasha and Kimberly McNeil; son Roderick McNeil, five sisters; Willie Chapman, Maggie Arnold, Joann, Debra and Mary Smith; two brothers, Jessie Smith Jr., and Floyd Smith, seven grandchildren, brother-in-law and close friend, Tommie Arnold;  sister-in-law, Pamela Smith, beloved nephew and niece, Demetrius and Chantrice; dedicated nephews, Antone and Nikita. A host of special devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
