Janice Hall Phelps, 61, a resident of Luverne, Ala. died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at 2 p.m. from the Centenary Assembly of God Church with Rev. Robert Carter officiating and Harrison Funeral Home of Greenville directing. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church at 5 p.m. Friday.
