Civitans award Caddell scholarship

The Camellia City Civitan Club gave a $500 scholarship to David Caddell at its Monday meeting. Caddell is a sophomore at Troy University studying broadcast journalism with a minor in music. This is the second $500 scholarship he has received from the club after receiving a $500 scholarship his freshman year at Troy. The Camellia City Civitan Club gave a $500 scholarship to David Caddell at its Monday meeting. Caddell is a sophomore at Troy University studying broadcast journalism with a minor in music. This is the second $500 scholarship he has received from the club after receiving a $500 scholarship his freshman year at Troy.
