Dorothy Mavis Owens, age 87 , along time resident of Greenville, AL. died Tuesday, November 15,2011 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 18,2011 at 11 : AM in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Honoraville, AL. with Reverend : Jim Wilson officiating. Interment will be directed by Harrison Funeral Home of Greenville, AL.

Mrs. Owens was born in Brisbane, Australia and was married to her first late husband Mr. Reeford Mosley for nine months as he was killed in service of the United States Army. She was also preceded in death by her second husband Mr. Elvin Owens. Mrs. Owens worked for nearly thirty years in the Glove Factory here in Greenville, AL.

Sister – In – Law : Eva Earline Peterson of Lapine , AL. and Numerous Nieces & Nephews and Friends.
