The Crenshaw County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that the 20-year-old son of former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore was arrested in Crenshaw County on Sunday afternoon.

Caleb Elisha Moore was arrested by State Troopers and charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol.

Moore was held at the Crenshaw County jail on an $8,500 bond, but he was released around 4:15 this afternoon.
