MONTGOMERY, Ala., May 25, 2011 – Hill, Hill Carter’s managing shareholder, David W. Henderson, was named a “Rising Star” in the 2011 edition of Alabama Super Lawyers.  Attorneys under the age of 40, who have practiced law for less than ten years, are eligible to be nominated for the “Rising Star” distinction.  Less than two and a half percent of attorneys within the state achieve this honor.

Henderson, a graduate of Fort Dale Academy, practices in the areas of insurance defense, commercial and business litigation, and workers’ compensation.  He resides in Sandy Ridge with his wife, Sara, and their daughter, Mary Elizabeth.
