Donald Eugene Lowery, 56, a resident of Georgiana, Ala., died Tuesday, May 31, 2011, after an extended illness. Funeral services were held Friday, June 3, 2011, from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Harvill officiating. Burial followed in Union Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Ala., directed arrangements. Survivors include: wife, Angela Lowery, Georgiana, Ala.; son, Jarrett (Ashley) Lowery, Georgiana, Ala.; daughter, Hope (Daniel) Whittle, Greenville, Ala.; sisters, Willie Lee Parker, Mobile, Ala., and Betty Owens, Greenville, Ala.; grandchildren, Preston Lowery, Jacob Lowery, Grace Lowery, and Joshua Lowery, all of Georgiana, Ala., Danielle Whittle and Nathan Whittle, both of Greenville, Ala.; nieces and nephews, Kathy Parker and Tony Parker, both of Mobile, Ala., Hal Owens and Lisa Owens, both of Highland Home, Ala.
