Law enforcement is asking for citizens to help them solve a burglary that occurred sometime early Monday morning.

Sheriff Kenny Harden said someone broke into the front door of S&W No. 2 on Pineapple Highway, in Liberty, and  stole several cartons of cigarettes and some beer.

“Several vehicles passed by the gas station during the time that it was going on, so we are hoping to get someone to come forward if they have any information,” Harden said. “If anyone passed this gas station and saw a car parked in the area or anybody walking around, give us a call.”

Harden said he believes the burglary happened sometime after 1:30 a.m.
