Mr. and Mrs. Tony Jones of Georgiana announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany, to Mr. Jimmy Taylor, Jr., son of Mrs. Becky Davis and Mr. Jimmy Taylor, Sr.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Ms. Glenda Chancellor and Mr. Earl Williams and the late Mr. and Mrs. L.S. Jones.

Miss Jones is a graduate of Greenville Academy.

She attended Lurleen B. Wallace Community College and is a student in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at South University.

She is currently employed as an office administrator for Baker and Baker Reporting of Montgomery.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Guy Taylor and Mrs. Ray Phillips and the late Mr. Ray Phillips.

Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Georgiana High School.

He is attending Reid State Technical College pursuing a degree in industrial electronics.

The wedding is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of Georgiana beginning at 6:00 p.m. with the reception to follow in the church fellowship hall.

All family and friends are invited to attend.
