Wayne Allen Farnum, age 68, a resident of Greenville, died Thursday, September 9, following a brief illness. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Sept. 12, at 2 p.m. at the Ebenezer East Baptist Church with Reverend Craig Burkhalter officiating. Interment will follow in the Ebenezer East Cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home, directing. A visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Survivors include wife, Alice N. Farnum, Greenville; son, Blake Allen (Michele) Farnum of Greenville; brother, Ray (Devryn) Farnum of Allegan, Mich.; aunt, Camilla (Ivan) Klinesteker of Kalamazoo, Mich.; three grandchildren, Carson Nix, Sarah Rose Nix and Allyson June Farnum.
Mr. Farnum was preceded death by his parents, Harold B. and June A. Farnum of Allegan, Mich.
Pallbearers will be the Butler County Bass Masters, of which he was a member.
