Richard (Ricky) Steven Brantley, age 42 a resident of Luverne, died Thursday, August 5. Funeral services were held Saturday August 7 in the Chapel of Harrison Funeral Home of Greenville with Reverend Johnny Jones officiating. Interment will followed in Berea Cemetery, Highland Home with Harrison Funeral Home directing.
A visitation was held Friday, August 6.
Survivors include: wife Marsha Brantley of Troy; son Alex Brantley of Luverne; daughter Heather Brantley of Troy; mother Gail Palmer, father Bill Palmer, both of Luverne; stepmother Buna Mae Palmer of Luverne; brothers Josh Palmer of Luverne, Michael (Vivian) Palmer of Luverne; grandmother Margaret McCord of Montgomery; sister Becky Davis and brother David Davis; five stepsisters and five stepbrothers; numerous aunts and uncles.
