Marian Dianna George’s funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Timothy O’Neal officiating. Burial followed in churchyard cemetery with Hudson Funeral Services directing. Mrs. George leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memories one daughter, Kimberly George Perkins, Auburn; one son, Donnell T. George, Greenville; one sister and best friend, Mildred Heard, Greenville; three grandchildren, Ajayla Dentrice Perkins and Kendal Alaysia Perkins, Auburn; and Alyssa Brielle Thornton, Montgomery; two nieces, Yolanda (Wiley) Thornton and Artiuna (Wilbur) Jones, Montgomery; two nephews, Jim (Sjhanita) Heard and Rondell Heard, Montgomery; one special nephew, Terrance Thompson, Greenville; one aunt Lois Lee Spurling, Detriot, Mich.; one devoted friend, MOzell (Michael) Cook and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
