The Butler County Board is hosting a retirement reception for a number of teachers, administrators, and employees on Thursday, June 10 at the Central Office Boardroom.

The reception starts at 6 p.m.

Those retirees to be honored include: Alton Abrams, Sherry Bennett, Peggy Joyce Gandy, Charlie Lloyd, Cynthia Taylor, Virtiria Gandy, Zollie Owens, Ada Sue Thompson, Gerre Walley, Wayne Boswell, Michelle Johnson, Charlotte Scott, and Dorothy Tillman.

The BOE’s regular monthly meeting will follow the reception.
