Hunter Armstrong will be coming back for his second season commanding the huddle.

While he anticipates many things about the upcoming year, the quarterback said mostly he’s looking forward to “just being a senior.”

The 184-pound senior said he going to do his best to lead his team into the playoffs.

“We made it to the semi-finals last year, so we will try to do a little better this time,” Armstrong said.

Last year was the first year for Armstrong to play quarterback. He passed for a totaled of 1625 yards, with a completion percentage of .607. He totaled 17 touchdowns, and gave up only 3 interceptions.

This year, Armstrong said he will be at an advantage because he “is starting to understand the offense a lot better.”

The Eagles will also be working on team unity and playing as one.

“We’ve got good leaders, and we have been playing together a long time,” Armstrong said. “We don’t need any ā€˜Iā€™sā€™ on this team.”
