Mark A. Hester, 36, was arrested by Alabama State Troopers for giving false information to law enforcement officers.

Sharon S. Gipson, 38, was arrested for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Travis J. Bynog, 41, was arrested for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Feb. 11

Paul A. Turner, 50, was arrested by Alabama State Troopers for driving under the influence.

Justen M. Rogers, 21, was arrested by Alabama State Troopers for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Theron L. Marsh, 32, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for enters/remains in/on premise.

Feb. 13

Limas Truner Jr., 40, was arrested by the Luvern Police Department for giving a false name to law enforcement officers.

Phillips C. Rogers, 46, was arrested for third degree domestic violence.

Christopher O. Sellers, 23, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle without insurance.

Laura M. Bell, 33, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Michael L. Evans, 19, was arrested by Alabama State Troopers for minor in possession of alcohol.

McKenzie S. Fuller, 19, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for speeding and driving while suspended.

Feb. 16

Chrystal J. Sutley, 46, was arrested for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Gidget M. Maddox, 43, was arrested for two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Tony S. Ramsey, 46, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked, no tag light and driving under the influence.

Joshua B. Peerson, 28, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of attempting to elude.

Feb. 18

Lawerence Stallworth, 33, was arrested by the Troy Police Department for contempt of court (Troy).

Feb. 19

William McCleese, 52, was arrested for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Chris Poole, 39, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department and CCSO for sex offender living in prohibited area.

Willie J. Harris, 64, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for no insurance, expired tag and driving while revoked.

Marco D. Rogers, 24, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for trespassing and criminal trespassing.

Feb. 20

John Tindal, 38, was arrested for a grand jury indictment.

David Lopez Gomez, 25, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for speeding and no drivers license.

Lafayette L. Norris, 53, was arrested by the Brantley Police Department for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Feb. 21

Jiminez J. Jean, 22, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for speeding, driving under the influence and no drivers license.

Rodrich E. Peterson, 34, was arrested by the Alabama State Troopers for failure to appear on two charges of speeding and failure to appear on two charges of driving while suspended.

Carla Lowery, 42, was arrested for third degree domestic violence and second degree theft of property.

Terrance Perry, 24, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donna J. Parker, 49, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of no child restraint and driving while suspended.

Mary J. Davis, 27, was arrested for harassment and failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended.

Jamie L. Peterson, 23, by the Alabama State Troopers for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Mendy Coggins, 34, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended and violation of insurance law.

Jameka N. Ward, 28, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended and speeding.

Jason E. Davis, 31, was arrested for reckless endangerment, attempting to elude a police officer and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jake E. Tillery, 19, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended and speeding.

Phillip Ball, 54, was arrested for public intoxication.
