Jan. 25

Jonathan B. Spann, 22, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of improper tires.

Jan. 26

Wendy N. Rodgers, 23, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle without insurance.

Willie Luckerson, 59, was arrested for failure to appear on two charges of driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Jan. 28

Richard Heartsill, 70, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for no insurance, driving while suspended and inoperable brake lights.

Jerry M. White, 57, was arrested for willfully concealing ID.

Tommy L. Kelley, 32, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended.

Rhonda J. Barnes, 41, was arrested for third degree assault.

Deangelo J. McCreary, 22, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 30

Blake A. Bazzell, 20, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for no tag light, driving under the influence under 21 (BAC below 0.08) and no insurance.

Jan. 31

Marcus Whittle, 38, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for felony driving under the influence, driving while revoked and no insurance.

Feb. 1

Ninettal Hicks, 40, was arrested for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Kelvin Jones, 30, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked and speeding.

Feb. 2

Kendall Finne, 28, was arrested for public intoxication.

Levy R. Roper, 58, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of no seat belt and driving while suspended.

Feb. 3

Spring D. Spurlock, 32, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of warrants for Montgomery County.

Feb. 4

Bridgett Davis, 37, was arrested for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Robert E. Hooks, 31, was arrested for giving false identification to law enforcement.

Christopher S. Phillips, 27, was arrested for violation of a protection order.

William A. Carden Jr., 35, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Feb. 5

Mary M. Burnett, 65, was arrested for second degree hindering prosecution.

Jerry M. White, 57, was arrested for an altered VIN.

Young H. Kim, 50, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for illegal lane usage, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Christopher M. Barnes, 37, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court and second degree possession of marijuana.

Feb. 6

Stephanie Frazier, 19, was arrested for second degree assault.

Charles Griffin, 47, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for second degree assault.

Kyle H. Green, 23, was arrested by the Luverne Police Department for an illegal turn, driving under the influence and an open container.

Feb. 7

Stanley A. Stanford, 20, was arrested by a State Trooper for driving under the influence, driving while revoked, no insurance and illegal lights.

Allen F. Dorsey, 40, was arrested by the Brantley Police Department for failure to pay child support.

Feb. 8

Willie E. Lowery, 53, was arrested for third degree domestic violence.

Monica L. Wheeless, 33, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended and improper tag.

Decarus J. Sankey, 25, was arrested by a State Trooper for driving under the influence.
