MEN’S LEAGUE

DSO 74, Young Money 73

Jerome Davison scored 24 points, while Kim McMeans added 14 points to lead DSO to a 74-73 win over Young Money to open the men’s basketball league season. Patrick Tolliver added 10 points.

Young Money was led by Malcolm Mahand’s 23 point effort. Terrell Coleman scored 18, and Ladarrence Perdue scored 16.

219 43, FYE 61

Ryan Stone had 14 points, Kelvin Norris scored 11, and Montrez Cannon added 10 as FYE beat 219 61-43. JaQuez Burnett scored 13 points to lead 219.

Forest Home & Co. 80, Ft. Deposit 46

Barry Owens had 20 points and Rashad Knight and Jermaine Roper each scored 13 in the 80-46 win over Ft. Deposit.

Cedrick Davison had 11 points and Josh Simmons added 10 for Ft. Deposit.

Hwashin 49, Paulk & Assoc. 69

Andrew Tomlin and Justin Pierce had 19 points and 15 points, respectively, for Paulk & Associates. Walton Hickman added 10 points. Michael Ball had 18 points to lead Hwashin.

SENIOR BOYS

Magic 37, Cavaliers 30

Devontae Riley had nine points to lead the Magic to a 37-30 win over the Cavaliers. Mathew Crenshaw and DeNicholas Simmons each had six points.

Pat Burnett had 12 points for the Cavaliers.

Lakers 77, Hawks 72

Rashad Cannon scored 23 points to help lead the Lakes to an overtime victory over the Hawks.

De’Eric Powell scored 17 points, Cavantae Roberts scored 14, and Brian Powell added 10 points for the Lakers also.

For the Hawks, Rashad Davison and DJ McCall each had 11 points, and Jeffery Searight and Myron Seawright each scored 10.

Celtics 0, Lakers 20

Jamichael Boone had eight points and Jardarrion Davison had six points as the Lakers beat the Celtics 20-0.

Heat 4, Magic 16

Javion Posey had nine points and Jabez Sims scored seven as the Magic beat the Heat 16-4.

MIDGET GIRLS

Bama Girls 10, Warriors 3

Shakireyonna Rudolph scored six points to lead the Bama Girls in the 10-3 victory.
