A presentation was made by Milton Jackson, field director for the Children’s Trust Fund of $75,000 awarded to the Butler County Board of Education and Healthy Kids. On hand for reception of the check are, from left, Amy Bryan, Ada Sue Thompson, Sandra Stinson, Milton Jackson, Senator Wendell Mitchell, Wellington Shanklin, Amy Kim, Josh Jenkins, Carol Ranney, Clay Whiddon, Skylar Bates, Lexie Lett, Luann Schofield, Joseph Dean, Jeanie Cobb and Lisa Nimmer.

These dollars will be used for programs to help prevent child abuse in Butler County.
