Mrs. Annie Ruth Olive passed away on August 27, 2009 at Luverne Health and Rehabilitation, LLC.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories a devoted husband, Jimmy Lee Olive, Luverne, Ala.; six children, Yvonne Brooks, Montgomery, Ala., Mary Jean Harrell, Clarksville, Tenn.; Willie Jean Davis, Nellie Harris and Belinda McCreary, all of Luverne, Ala.; and Michael Olive, San Diego, Cal.; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three sisters; three brothers; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Mrs. Olive will be funeralized on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Woodford Avenue Community Church with the Rev. L.S. Davis officiating.

She will lie in repose at the church from 11 a.m. until service time.
