The 2009 Crenshaw Christian Academy Varsity cheerleaders attended cheer camp at Huntingdon College in Montgomery on July 13-16.

The CCA Varsity girls are under the direction of new coach, Amy Mansmann.

This is Mrs. Mansmann’s second year at CCA.

This talented group of ladies represented CCA extremely well, and received all superior blue ribbons and a spirit stick each day of the camp.

On the final day of camp, during the competitions, the CCA squad was awarded a third place trophy for their Home Pom Routine, a second place trophy in Cheer Incorporation, and a third place trophy for their Extreme Routine.

Senior Lakan Beck was named UCA All-American Cheerleader for 2009.

These ladies have worked hard during the summer months preparing for this cheer camp and competition and showed great leadership at camp.

CCA congratulates the varsity cheerleaders on an outstanding performance at this year’s UCA camp.
