Mr. Michael Keith Chesser, 38, a resident of Hope Hull, died Thursday April 16, 2009. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 19, 2009 at the Magnolia Baptist Church with Rev. Chuck Francisco and Mark Jones officiating. Interment followed in the Church Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Chesser is preceded in death by his mother, Christine Thomas Chesser. Survivors include his father, Leon Chesser of Greenville; one sister, Tammy (Daniel) Brown of Prattville; two brothers, Thomas Chesser and Tim Chesser, both of Luverne; three nieces, Megan, Maddie and Marlee; and special friends, Gaines and Ina Slade. In lieu of flowers the family request that any memorial donations be made to Magnolia Baptist Church, Lapine, AL 36046.
