McNeil Bailey’s funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2009 from Hudson Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Robert Lewis officiating. Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery with Hudson Funeral Services directing.
Mr. Bailey leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Rachelle Lynn (Carlos) Crittenden of Greenville; Ashley Monique and Erica Donese Sanders and son, Jordan O’Neil Sanders, all of Greenville; a devoted friend, Mary Ann Sanders of Montgomery; four sisters, Annabelle Williams of Pittsburgh, Rutha Mae McMeans of Ft. Deposit, Mary E. (Albert) Maye of Frisco City and Charla Marsh of Greenville; two brothers, Freeman (Martha) Bailey of Greenville and Jessie Frank Bailey, Memphis, Tenn.; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; three sisters-in-law, Dorothy Berry of Detroit, Mary Land of Dayton, Ohio and Stella Peterson of Powder Springs, Ga.; a special brother-in-law, Ernest Peterson of Dayton; a lifelong friend, Love Reynolds Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and friends.
