Mr. Amos Bell Jr.’s funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2009 from the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Anthony Baxter officiating and Hudson Funeral Service staff directing.
He leaves to cherish his memories five sons, Devon (Lynette), Amos, John (Nenita), Jerome, all of Callifornia and Jason (Lisa) of Fayetteville, N.C., two daughters, Marilyn, of Los Angeles, Calif., Shelia of Atlanta, Ga., six sisters, Betty, Cecelia (Billy), Dorothy, Mary, Mattie, all of Greenville, and Evelyn (Ed) of Newport News, Va., four brothers, John (Catherine) of Brooklyn, NY, Eddie (Betty) of Gainesville, Fla., Curtis of Fla, and Anthony of Greenville, 23 grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, and a fiancee, Debra Judd of Fayetteville, NC.
