Bright visits Greenville on Saturday morning

Congressman Bobby Bright (D-Montgomery) will be in Greenville for a breakfast meet-and-greet at Shoney’s restaurant from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday.

Bright, former Mayor of Montgomery, was elected to serve as representative for the 2nd Congressional District during the November 2008 General Election. Bright succeeded Republican Terry Everett.

The 2nd District is comprised of: Autauga, Barbour, Butler, Bullock, Coffee, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Elmore, Geneva, Houston, and Montgomery counties.
