Alfred Curtis (A.C.) Long, 82, a resident of Greenville, died Monday, December 8, 2008 at a Montgomery hospital.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday night, December 10 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Harrison Funeral Home in Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008 at Harrison Funeral Home with Rev.
Tim Patton officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home directing.
He is survived by: sons, Curtis (Barbara) Long of Haslet, Texas, Robert (Pamela) Long of San Antonio, Texas, Paul (Donna) Long of Montgomery, Benny (Angela) Long of Honoraville; a brother, Paul Eugene Long of Greenville, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mr. Long was preceded in death by his wife, Pearlie Ree (Hill) Long and his grandson, Jeffrey Long.
