Fort Dale Academy Headmaster David Brantley is encouraging those who plan on attending Friday’s AISA Class AAA title game in Troy to purchase tickets from the school.

“If people buy the tickets here, from us, we’re able to keep the money,” said Brantley.

Tickets are available at Fort Dale and Championship Trophy in Greenville.

The cost is $10, which is good for all games in the AISA’s Tripleheader Football Championships.

The Eagles take on the Pike Liberal Arts School Patriots on Friday at 4 p.m. in Troy University’s Movie Gallery Stadium.

Edgewood plays Lowndes at 1 p.m. in the Class AA title game, and Southern Choctaw plays Patrician at 7 p.m. in the Class A championship contest.

Fort Dale is planning a bonfire and pep rally for Thursday night at 6 p.m., said Brantley. Additionally, students and faculty will be dismissed at noon on Friday in order to travel to Troy.

“It’s a big week and an exciting time,” said Brantley. “We’re extremely proud of the football team’s accomplishment. We played a great game last week and we look forward to the opportunity we have this Friday.”

Pike Liberal Arts School, which is in Troy, will be playing only a few miles from its own school.
