Henry Herbert Sanford, 79, a resident of McKenzie, died Sunday, June 15, 2008. Graveside services were at 12:30 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2008 from New Home Cemetery with the Rev. Mack Riley and the Rev. Larry Smith officiating. Mr. Sanford was preceded in death by his son, Gary Sanford.

Survivors include: his wife, Peggy Sanford of McKenzie; son, David Sanford of McKenzie; daughters, Melinda Williams and Sheila Sanford, both of McKenzie; sisters, Erlene Matthews of McKenzie and Lois Windham of Evergreen; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
