Mary McCall (Lil Mary) died Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at Crowne Health Care in Greenville. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2008 from the chapel of Hudson Funeral Service with the Rev. Michael Foster officiating. Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery with Hudson Funeral Services of Greenville directing.

Mrs. McCall is survived by a son, Charlie Hawkins Jr.; a nephew, J.T. (Carrie) Hawkins, a devoted former daughter-in-law, Janett McClain; a niece, Shirley Marshall; four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
