James Andrew Kolb, 62, of Georgiana, died in Talladega, Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007.

Visitation was held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. The funeral service was held at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy on Thursday, November 1, 2007 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ricky Smith officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy. Pallbearers were Randall Thaggard, Larry Green, Richard Brown, B.B. Palmer, Charles Barron, and Ken Colvin. Mr. Kolb is survived by his wife, Gayle Kolb of Georgiana; son and daughter-in-law, Michael (Sandy) Kolb of Lakeland, Fla.; stepson, Ken (Theresa) Colvin of Georgiana; stepdaughter, Karen (Ricky) Smith of Georgiana; five grandchildren, Gabrielle Kolb, Matthew Colvin, Andrew Colvin, Kaitlin Smith and Haley Smith; two sisters, Diane Green of Montgomery and Barbara Carlisle of Troy, several nieces, nephews and cousins, and an uncle, Jack Stephens of Prattville.
