Davis, Bertie Lee, 82, of Honoraville, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2007. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007 from Danielville Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Stubbs and the Rev. William Burns officiating. Interment followed in Panola Cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home directing.

Visitation was held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 17, 2007.

Survivors include: three daughters, Cindy Frazier of Honoraville, Glenda Smith of Pine Level, Brenda Davis of Excel; sister, Adelvis Sexton of Panola; brothers, Raymond Brown of Honoraville and Richard Brown of Lapine, seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The pallbearers were Larry White, Faron Frazier, Johnny Smith, Johnny Frazier, Stevie Hall, Gary Hall and Ronald Duffell.

The family extends a special thank you to Alacare of Greenville, “the greatest hospice unit ever.”
