May 26

n Nathan Lewis Pryor, 21, was arrested and charged with carrying a pistol without a permit.

n Darrell Smith, 38, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

May 27

n Marcus Alexander Williams, 26, was arrested and charged with DUI.

n Maxine B. Ambrose, 45, was arrested and charged with theft of property, 3rd degree, and giving a false name to law enforcement.

n Willie James Cook, 41, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - improper lights, failure to appear - driving while privilege revoked, and failure to appear - theft of property.

n Michael Glenn Simpson, 49, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - no insurance and failure to appear - no driver's license.

n Roger Allen Mulnix, 26, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - speeding.

n Robert Jermaine Powell, 22, was arrested and charged with three counts of failure to appear - no insurance, and one count of failure to appear - no seat belt.

May 28

n Delsey Tramaine Hawkins, 25, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear - driving while privilege suspended, one count of failure to appear - no seat belt, and possession of marijuana, 1st degree.

May 29

n Raymond Devon Booker, 25, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - drug paraphernalia.

May 31

n Mable Ann Hartley, 42, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - DUI.

n Kelly Nicole Stewart, 21, was arrested and charged with harassment.

n Roger Lee Boggan, 56, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Joe Lee Scott, 47, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

June 1

n Frederick Deyon Powell, 30, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

n A report was filed on Halso Mill Rd. for theft of property. 13.5 gallons of gasoline worth $42.08 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Commerce St. for carrying a pistol without a permit. One .38 caliber P-380 Davis Industries handgun was seized.

n A report was filed on Oglesby St. for menacing.

n A report was filed at Wal-Mart for theft of property and criminal trespassing. Five packs of veggie and flower seed worth $6.04, one package of Flex-Lazer worth $2.92, one package of Krazy Glue worth $1.53, two cans of paint worth $4.20 and one Snickers bar worth $0.56, were reported stolen.

n A report was filed at USA Travel Center for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

May 27

n A report was filed at Walnut St. Church of Christ for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. One cell phone worth $50, $100 in assorted U.S. currency, one MasterCard, one Colonial Bank debit card and 100 CDs worth $150 were reported stolen.

n A report was filed at the Butler County Jail for harassment.

n A report was filed on South St. for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. One CD player worth $125 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Cracker Barrel for theft of property. $340 in assorted U.S. currency was reported stolen.

May 28

n A report was filed on Willow Lane for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. One CD player worth $100 was reported stolen.

May 29

n A report was filed at the softball complex for menacing.

n A report was filed on Dunklin St. for criminal mischief.

n A report was filed on E. Commerce St. for criminal mischief. The hood and roof of an automobile received $200 damage.

n A report was filed on Fort Dale Rd. for harassment.

n A report was filed on Dunklin St. for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. One green purse worth $12, $60 in assorted U.S. currency and an Alabama driver's license worth $20 were reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Tiger Stadium for theft of property. One Colonial Bank debit card worth $10 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Hillcrest Dr. for theft of property. One gas saw worth $150, one electric saw worth $100, one tackle box worth $30, three fishing rods worth $75, one battery charger worth $35, one tool box worth $20, and one minnow bucket worth $10, were reported stolen.

May 30

n A report was filed on Cunningham St. for unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. 15 assorted CDs worth $300 and one tote bag worth $30 were reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Frost St. for criminal mischief. One window received $300 damage.

n A report was filed on Redbud Lane for harassment.

June 1
